These terms apply when you use udiguitar.com and when you buy coaching, programmes or products from me. Please read them before you buy. If anything's unclear, just ask.
1. Who I am
Udi Glaser, trading as UdiGuitar, Unit 132120, PO Box 7169, Poole BH15 9EL, United Kingdom. Email: udi@udiguitar.com. Phone: +44 20 8347 5754.
2. Using this website
You're welcome to read, watch and share links to the content on this site. Please don't copy, republish or sell it, or use it to train AI systems, without my permission. I try to keep everything accurate and available, but the site and its free content are provided as they are, and I may change or remove things at any time.
3. What I sell
- Community and programmes on Skool (free, Premium and VIP): these are run on Skool, and Skool's terms apply alongside these terms. Prices, what's included and how to cancel are shown on the Skool page before you join. You can cancel a subscription at any time and it stops at the end of the period you've paid for.
- 1:1 coaching: what's included, the price and how sessions are booked are agreed before you pay.
- Digital products, such as The Art of Solo Guitar Composition interactive ebook: these have their own terms of sale, including a 14-day money-back guarantee.
Prices are shown before you pay and include any VAT or sales tax that applies. Payments are taken by Stripe, Payhip or Skool.
4. Your right to cancel
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you buy online you can usually cancel within 14 days of buying.
- Services (coaching, programmes): if you ask to start within the 14 days and then cancel, you pay only for what you've already received. Once a service has been fully provided, the right to cancel ends.
- Digital content: if you ask for immediate access and confirm that you understand you'll lose the right to cancel, the right ends when access begins. Where I offer a money-back guarantee, it applies in addition to this.
To cancel, email udi@udiguitar.com. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days. None of this affects your legal rights if something I provide is faulty or not as described.
5. Learning and results
My teaching is educational. How much you progress depends on your own practice, so I can't promise specific results. Please play safely and take breaks; if you have pain or an injury, stop and see a professional.
6. Your work, my work
Music you create is yours. My lessons, books, apps, videos, recordings and materials remain © Udi Glaser, and are for your personal use. Please don't share your logins or access codes, or redistribute paid material. If you share your music or feedback in my community, you're happy for others in the community to see it, and I'll ask before using it publicly.
7. Community conduct
Please be kind and respectful. I may remove posts, or suspend access, for harassment, spam or sharing paid material, after first trying to sort it out with you where reasonable.
8. Third-party sites
This site links to services such as Skool, YouTube, Spotify and Apple Music. I'm not responsible for their content or how they work; their own terms and privacy policies apply.
9. Responsibility
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or anything else that can't be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Otherwise, I'm not responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, and my total liability to you is limited to what you paid me for the product or service concerned.
10. Changes and the law
I may update these terms; the version shown when you bought applies to your purchase. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes go to the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or abroad, you keep any consumer protections that apply where you live.
11. Contact
Questions or complaints: udi@udiguitar.com. I'll reply as soon as I can, usually within a couple of days.
